STUART AIKINS – After an Honors BFA from Calgary and a MFA from Temple University in Directing, Stuart Aikins cut his teeth as a Casting Director on such Projects as ATLANTIC CITY, USA, THREE MEN AND A BABY and MOONSTRUCK . Moving to Vancouver in 1989, he worked with such Directors as Clint Eastwood on UNFORGIVEN, Ed Zwick on LEGENDS OF THE FALL and Jean-Jacques Annaud on WINGS OF COURAGE. As AIKINS/COSSEY CASTING, Mr. Aikins worked on BEST IN SHOW for Christopher Guest and ELF for John Favreau , both cult successes. He is best known these days for casting THE TWILIGHT SAGE: NEW MOON, ECLIPSE AND BREAKING DAWN. Mr. Aikins has been nominated for a Best Casting Emmy in 2004 for TRAFFIC and in 2011 for THE KILLING. He received a Casting Society of America Award for Best Mini-series Casting for TRAFFIC and in 2008 he was awarded an Outstanding Achievement Award for his contribution to BC Film by The Vancouver Film Critics Circle. After 35 years in Casting, joined Capilano University and is now the Chair of the School of Performing Arts, Special Appointee to the Bachelor of performing Arts and resource Coordinator for the Theatre Department.
TRUDY ARONSON – Trudy Aronson – With a formal background in Law, Trudy’s entry into the media industry came from her son’s interest in the field which lead her through extensive industry research. Having experienced the business from the audition waiting rooms, to the sets, and seeing first hand what the actors face, Trudy has a great appreciation for what it takes to be a success in the business. He covers Film & TV, Voiceover, Animation, Commercials and Professional Theatre, for kids and adults, from Vancouver across Canada, and down South including L.A. and New York. Darren Boidman has a Bachelors Degree in Economics from McGill University and an MBA from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver and is fluent in both French and English.
SUE BROUSE – Exposed at an early age to actors and the casting process by parents who worked in the creative world of advertising, Sue joined the industry after moving to Vancouver in the 80s. From her early days in extras casting, she quickly moved on to a principal casting career which spanned almost 20 years. During that time, she cast over 35 feature films with diverse themes and casting challenges. Sue has seen the industry grow exponentially, especially for home-grown actors who are now routinely cast in lead and guest star roles. Her proudest television experience was co-casting the first four seasons of the award-winning series “Davinci’s Inquest. In 2012, with an eye to taking on new challenges and finding new ways to make a positive difference in the industry she loves, Sue accepted a position at the Union of BC Performers / ACTRA where her focus has been on improving the services to UBCP Members.
KATHY CARPENTER – With over 22 years experience in the industry, Kathy represents a stellar roster of working actors. Her keen eye for talent and tireless devotion to her clients has positioned her as the ‘go-to’ agent in Vancouver. Her commitment, loyalty and enthusiasm continue to bring success to both new and seasoned actors alike. Her father and aunt were actors at the famous Abbey Theatre in Dublin in the 1940′s and their stories of performing remain an inspiration to Kathy today. In the early 90′s, Kathy trained with award-winning acting coach Mel Tuck and learned all aspects of the craft. As a working actor, she experienced first hand the challenges artists face. Observing the business aspect of the industry, her instinct proved true. She became a successful casting agent and two years later made the switch to represent actors at one of Vancouver’s fastest growing agencies. CORINNE CLARK – Corinne is an Emmy nominated Casting Director who has worked in the film & television industry for over 20 years, She has cast high profile television shows such as AMC’S “The Killing”, ABC’s “Once Upon A Time”, FOX’s “Gracepoint” and the Disney feature “Tomorrowland”.
CANDICE ELZINGA – Based in Vancouver since 1995, Candice is a four time Emmy-nominated casting director. A trained actor with her BFA in Acting from the University of Alberta, Candice brings a profound understanding of the acting process to her work.
PAM DIXON, CSA- Pam is a past President of the Casting Society of America, a position she held for six years. She has worked at CBS Television as assistant to the Head of Casting; Vice President of Casting for ABC Television; and Senior Vice President of Casting for the ABC Television Network, where she oversaw casting for all series, mini-series, television movies and daytime soaps. Pam left ABC Television to become a Production Vice President for Paramount Pictures under Michael Eisner before opening her own casting company. As independent feature Casting Director, Pam has cast: Zorro, City Slickers, Waterdance, The Craft, Angels in the Outfield, Tremors, Dick, The Moderns, Goldeneye, Music Box, Baby Boom, Cookie’s Fortune, Gosford Park, and Prairie Home Companion. Recently, Pam completed casting on Mr. Morgan’s Last Love starring Michael Caine and Barefoot starring Evan Rachel Wood and The Right Kind of Wrong for director Jeremiah Chechik and producer Robert Lantos. She teaches at UCLA in the Entertainment Studies Department and lectures at The Los Angeles Film School, Harvard University and USC.
MURRAY GIBSON – Murray Gibson, A Talent Agent for over 28 years representing actors for Film and Television. Post-secondary training in Marketing and Public Relations. Gibson was one of the founding members and sat on the board of the Talent Agents and Managers Association of Canada (TAMAC). Gibson formed a production company, Nosbig Productions, to facilitate producing of projects for film and television.

LISA LONDON – Lisa London has a casting career that expands over twenty-five years. She has discovered (along with her business partner, Catherine Stroud) and/or cast many notable actors or actresses early in their careers such as Miley Cyrus in Hannah Montana, Jonah Hill in Grandma’s Boy, Emma Stone and Katharine McPhee in House Bunny, Selena Gomez in the Disney pilot, What’s Stevie Thinking and Giovanni Ribisi in Ellen. TIFFANY MAK – Tiffany Mak has been part of the Vancouver film industry for over a decade and has been casting for TV and film through her own company since 2010. Recent credits include “The Visitors” (Tribeca Film Festival premiere), “Kid Cannabis”, and WWE Studios/Lionsgate Studios’ features “Vendetta”, “See No Evil 2” and “Leprechaun: Origins”. She is currently casting “Dead Rising” for Legendary Pictures, a live adaptation of the Dead Rising videogame series.

RICK MILLIKAN – Rick Millikan is currently casting the 10th season of FOX hit Bones. Also the new series Backstrom for FOX starring Rainn Wilson and Melissa and Joey for ABC Family going into it’s 4th season. JESSICA ORCSIK – Jessica Orcsik has trained at some of the most prestigious performing arts studios and companies both in Australia and USA including TAFTA, TVi Actors Studio, Broadway Dance Center (NY), The Edge Performing Arts Center (LA), NIDA, Industry Dance Studios Melbourne and more. Her professional career began at age 4 on TV show Richmond Hill and since then Jess has worked on various TV shows including Home & Away, CNNNN, The Megan Mullally Show; Films including Son of the Mask, Me Myself I, High Life (LA) and Academy; Theatre including Nightmares Extreme Scream Park, The Jewellers Shop, Direct from Broadway Winner of 7 Tony’s and Leading Ladies and several commercials including McDonald, Jenny Craig and Nude by Nature. Jessica recently produced the nation wide event and competition “On Broadway” which saw four Australian performers travel to New York City to meet Talent Agents, Train and complete an media campaign with Capezio. Jessica has also written several articles on industry practices and experiences for Dance Informa and Dancelife Magazine. Jessica now manages The Australian Film & Television Academy in Los Angeles and continues to create international programs for Australian Actors as well as providing services and help for performers seeking international careers.
FERN ORENSTEIN, Vice President, Casting, CBS Entertainment – Orenstein was named Vice President, Casting, in 1999. She reports to Peter Golden, Executive Vice President, Talent and Casting, CBS Network Television Entertainment Group. In her position, Orenstein is responsible for casting some reality series and CBS’s original mobile content. Shows Orenstein has worked on include The American Baking competition, Let’s Make a Deal (host casting), and The Price is Right (host casting). Additionally, Orenstein has cast talent for CBS.com’s broadband channel. Orenstein has spearheaded hundreds of actor showcases and workshops as part of CBS’s Diversity Institute program designed to give minorities opportunities in front of and behind the camera. Currently in its 10th year, the CBS Diversity Talent Showcases are recognized as the industry leader in actor showcases designed to highlight diverse talent. To date, across all categories 267 actors have appeared in the showcases resulting in nearly 1600 auditions with actors landing over 400 roles. Orenstein is also the recipient of two Media Access Awards and two SAG/AFTRA Crystal Awards for her diversity work. She graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree.
DAVID RONCIN – David Roncin is a Vancouver-based filmmaker with a passion for storytelling. He has worked as a director, editor, producer, and assistant director on numerous projects. His movies have taken him to film festivals around the world, including Cannes, Hollyshorts (Los Angeles), The Duke City Shootout (Albuquerque), The Edgemar Film Festival, and The Okanagan Film Festival. David gained further production experience working for CMT, Out TV, Knowledge Network, KVOS, The National Film Board of Canada, and producing commercials for BC Construction. He also worked with Bell for the 2010 Olympic Games. Recently he began working with Pink Light Pictures directing music videos for artist Sidney York. David also holds a strong passion for film education and has worked as a directing instructor, mentoring hundreds of students from around the world. The opportunity to collaborate with equally passionate storytellers, both in education and film production continues to inspire him every day.
EMILIO SALITURO – Emilio brings with him over 20 years of experience in the acting industry. He is a classically trained actor who trained and worked professionally in film, TV and theatre. During his acting years he also worked as a director, producer and acting coach. In 2008 he took his love for the craft and experience in business to become one of Vancouver’s most popular talent agents. His clients have worked across Canada, Europe and the US. He likes pizza.
TIFFANY SMITH-ANOA’I, Vice President, Diversity & Communications – Smith-Anoa’i joined CBS Entertainment as a Senior Publicist for a primetime series in 2000. Since then she has been promoted to Director of Publicity, Entertainment Communication for primetime series, movies and specials. Most recently, Smith-Anoa’i was promoted to Vice President, Diversity & Communications. In this position, she is directly responsible for the development and execution of communications strategies for diversity initiatives and programs across the entire company. She also manages the internship and mentorship program for CBS’ West Coast Communications office. In her community, she is actively involved in several charities, including Big Brothers Big Sisters and the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Smith-Anoa’i is an honors graduate of Howard University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Broadcast Journalism.
VEENA SOOD – Veena Sood is an award-winning actress, known for her versatility in theatre, film, television, improv comedy, and hosting. At age 17, she was a drama student at The University of Calgary, where she helped co-found Calgary’s Loose Moose Theatre Company, best known for their development of the world renowned improvisational theatre, & Theatresports. Her feature films include Fairly Odd Summer, Touch of Pink, Nina’s Heavenly Delights, BBC’s Compulsion (U.K), and many Movies of the Week. Her films have opened at Sundance Film Festival, the London BFI Festival, and L.A.’s Outfest. As a native New Yorker Lori helped build The Belmont Italian American Playhouse which was focused on plays written and performed by minorities from all ethnic backgrounds. She echoed that experience in Vancouver building another 60 seat black box theatre catered to providing an affordable venue for local performing artists of all kinds to showcase their talent to a focused audience. APRIL WEBSTER – April Webster is a two-time Emmy award-winning casting director based in Los Angeles, California, known for her work in film and television. Webster has worked with some of the most successful directors, including several projects with J.J. Abrams. She has been nominated for thirteen Artios Awards, and has won three in addition to her four Emmy nominations. Her casting credits have included Star Trek (2009 film), Mission: Impossible III (2006), and Lost.
SETH COLTAN – Seth Coltan is an actor/producer in Los Angeles. GARY MARSH – Founder and CEO of Breakdown Services/Actors Access. Marsh began his career as an actor after emigrating from England in 1963. Marsh terminated his acting career to begin Breakdown Services in 1971. A graduate of UCLA in 1976, Gary is also a member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. The family of companies that he has created employs over 100 people. Breakdown Services occupies a unique position of trust within the entertainment community since they are the only company given access to virtually all scripts and are charged with the responsibility of synchronizing all roles contained within these scripts both objectively and accurately.
A’DA WOOLFOLK – A’da Woolfolk is an actress, writer and producer based in Los Angeles. She studied at the American Conservatory Theatre, New York University and received her BA in Literature: Dramatic Arts & English from SUNY Purchase. Her credits include the feature film THE HARIMAYA BRIDGE, where she played Danny Glover’s daughter, as well as the television shows CRIMINAL MINDS, RIZZOLI & ISLES, FRANKLIN & BASH, SCANDAL and GIRLFRIENDS. A’da has been a producer with the Virtual Channel Network, a Breakdown Services Company, since it’s inception.
